Now that the weather is improving, it’s time to get out and enjoy our beautiful PEI wetlands and waterways.

Did you know that maintaining the hull of your boat and cleaning it regularly, can help prevent the spread of aquatic invasive species?

Aquatic invasive species are non-native plants and animals that can cause damage to native aquatic species and their habitats. Some examples of aquatic invasive species include the clubbed tunicate and the green crab.
